Will my account be deleted?
No. You keep your account and access, and your playlists move with you to SoundScout.

No. Your playlists and access carry over to SoundScout, and no features are lost in the move.

Will my price change?
Your current rates will remain the same for the time being. Existing Gold users will be moved over to a legacy plan as a thank you for being a loyal subscriber. Pricing may change in the future. If there are changes, you will be notified in advance.

How do I get my SoundScout account?
If you are a Gold member, you already have one. Your existing account was ported over to SoundScout. Just go to soundscout.com and log in with the same email and password you used before. Nothing to re-create.

I used to log into the Player with my Monstercat website account. Why doesn't it work anymore?
Monstercat website accounts and SoundScout are now separate. Your existing credentials were copied to SoundScout, so log in at soundscout.com with the same email and password, but from now on, the two accounts are independent.

What happened to the Monstercat Player?
The Player (player.monstercat.com) is being retired. SoundScout does everything it did, and more.

Can I still sign up for Gold on the Monstercat website?
Gold signup through the Monstercat website has ended. New subscribers join via SoundScout.
