P Money, South East London’s most celebrated grime MC. Dubstep, Grime, Rap & Drum n Bass makes him the perfect example of UK music. His first release was 2005 "Coins 2 Notes" mixtape which included vocals on Jokers 'Gully Brook Lane' & his first real grime hit 'What Did He Say'. 2007 he followed up with his first nationwide release "P Money Is Power" with Production from Dot Rotten & Pro2j. Now Becoming Grimes raw up and coming talent we saw P Money dominate pirate radio stations and also appear occasionally on BBC 1XTRA with DJ Cameo, Westwood, Mista Jam & More. Highly anticipated "Money Over Everyone" came in 2009 after P Moneys sbtv freestyle took YouTube by storm getting 500k in a time where even 100k seemed crazy. This was the tape to cement P Money in the history of Grime and the start to being a prolific mc. 2010 we saw the rise of Dubstep which P Money was already all too familiar with dropping "Ho! Riddim" Surpassing 1million views & ‘Slang Like This’ which went on to be signed by Virgin. In 2011 he featured on "Pow 2011" alongside Chip, Ghetts, Kano, Lethal B and More. With more success in Dubstep P Money became a household name and main vocalist for the scene, linking up with Magnetic Man for the hit "Anthemic" and Ed Sheeran’s 'Family'. We saw P Money and Ed Sheerans friendship continue after Family as the two collaborated once again on Eds Lego House in 2011. 2012 - P Money started working with Rinse Fm, releasing multiple EPs moving with the current UK sounds at the time. We heard Dubsteppin EP, 2013 we had Round the Clock EP and 2014 we were blessed with the Sequel Money Over Everyone 2 and the iconic Lord of the mics appearance against BIG H. Yet again we were reminded P Money was still one of the top Grime mcs in 2015 when he released a live freestlyle of "10/10" and the official video too. Recruited by Ksi for "Lamborghini" we saw a top 40 record and an unbelievable achievement on YouTube as the video gained a total of 120million views. It had 300k views in the first hour. After such success we heard the first official album, 'Live and Direct' in 2016 featuring Wiley, Jme, Stromzy & production by Skepta along with a sold-out headline show. 2017 P Money continued to reign supreme with legendary 'Road Rage freestyle', 'Back 2 Back freestyle' With Little D, and the infamous back and forth with Dot Rotten. With the hype and the whole of Grime on his side 2018 he didn't let up with releases such as Road Rage 2 and Back 2 back mixtape. 2019 Was a golden year for P Money, when everyone else had moved to UK rap or Drill or House he released Money Over Everyone 3 which became his biggest release to date featuring Giggs on "Where & When" plus Jme & Ksi on "Player One". Selling out O2 Academy we saw P Money bring out Dizzee Rascal. 2020 things slowed down with Covid, but the releases didn't, 2021 he released Buss The Red on Hospital Records creating a new sound and style of Drum & Bass vocals and still released a short 3 track Grime EP called 'While we Wait'. 2022 we saw the rise of P Money on the twitch scene, streaming and gaming, joining Tundra esports creating an Anthem "Outplayed featuring Virgil Van Dijk along with his debut "Daily Duppy’. 2023 P Money continued his journey into Drum & Bass releasing 3 singles and a joint Album with Whiney called 'Streets Love & Other Stuff' achieving over 25 million streams. You can bet P Money is currently a leading mc and vocalist in both Grime and Drum and bass for many right now in 2024.
