Dodge & Fuski has long stood as one of bass music’s most distinctive and unpredictable forces. Originally a duo, the project is now helmed solely by Rob Talbott, who continues to push the boundaries of heavy electronic music while embracing new creative directions. Since first emerging in the early 2010s with a string of genre-defining dubstep and drum & bass releases, Dodge & Fuski has built a reputation for combining razor-sharp sound design with tongue-in-cheek humour and a fearless disregard for convention. Tracks like Python, Sucker Punch and Killer Bees became instant fan favourites, cementing the project as a staple of the global bass scene. In 2013, Talbott co-founded the influential Disciple label, which would go on to become one of the most important imprints in dubstep. While he no longer owns or operates the label, the legacy of that era remains deeply tied to his name, having played a pivotal role in bringing a new wave of heavy bass producers to international attention. As Dodge & Fuski moves forward in 2025, the project has entered a fresh chapter. Now operating entirely as a solo venture, Talbott has leaned into a more versatile approach that bridges the aggressive roots of dubstep with forward-thinking explorations into drum & bass, breaks, and hybrid electronic forms. His live shows mirror this evolution, offering high-energy performances that blur genre lines while retaining the raw, playful edge that has always defined his work. With over a decade in the game, Dodge & Fuski remains a project built on innovation, energy, and authenticity. The journey may have shifted, but the mission is the same—challenge expectations, keep the crowd guessing, and never stop pushing bass music into the future.
