Music producer Howard Chen, based in Shanghai and Fukuoka, is building creative and making new generation's music as the artist name CLV for over half a decade. CLV has released music on some of the industry's most respected labels such as 2Dutch, Another Rhythm, Headroom Records, Gold Digger, Garage Shared.
